We are searching for a competent and suitable candidate with outstanding track record in the hospital management field to work in the capacity below:

The Job
  • The Hospital's CEO, who shall report directly to the Board of Directors, has the overall responsibility of initiating, planning and effectively executing the overall strategy and efficient operation of the hospital to achieve effective and efficient patient care, consistent growth, high brand-value and peak performance.
  • He or she shall be responsible for the overall day-to-day administrative opera- lions of the Hospital, to ensure effective delivery of high quality patient care.
  • Other high level responsibilities of the Hospital's CEO include: efficient financial management (including financial reporting, audit and control); human resources management; asset management; effective public relations; ensuring impeccable safety and environmental protection; planning and effective execution of appropriate outreach and community programmes; and other general services.
The Person
  • The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of extensive hands- on experience in hospital management in reputable medical care hospitals, professional qualifications in hospital management, alongside a relevant first Degree.
  • A Masters Degree in Hospital Administration will be preferred.
  • An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Preferred age range is 38 to 54 years.
  • International exposure and track record of working with expatriates will be added an advantage.
Nature of Employment
  • The job offer will be for an initial 4 year period renewable for another 4 years depending on performance.
