Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician
Location:Ibadan

Responsibilities:

• To conduct diagnostic tests on clients
• Keep proper stock of lab materials
• Welcome clients and guests into the lab
• Carry out any other assigned tasks by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of senior school leaving certificate or National Diploma qualification
• Relevant experience of at least a year is an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Must be resident in Ibadan.

Job Title: Receptionist/Front Desk Officer
Location:Ibadan

Responsibilities:

• We are in search of a competent receptionist/front desk officer for our medical laboratory located at Ibadan, Oyo State.
• The desired candidate must have a minimum of senior school leaving certificate or OND.

• Relevant experience of at least a year is an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the lab.
• Provide relevant information to patients and direct them to the appropriate person and section.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (eg. monitor logbook).
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Perform other clerical receptionist and secretarial duties as needed
• Carry out any other assigned tasks by the management.

  Job Title: PRO/Marketing Officer
  Location: Ibadan

  Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day prospecting for new business clients/partners, executing the company’s marketing plans/campaigns and managing the existing business clients and partners.
  • Field marketing activities, documenting tasks, prospects and progress through daily reports and other periodic reporting.
  • Carry out any other assigned tasks by the management.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum of National Diploma qualification in any field.
  • The applicant must have an idea of what marketing is.
  • Past experience as a field marketer or public relations personnel would be an added advantage.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn on the job is required.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite application and skill in Internet usage.
  • Ability to write report and document tasks.
  • Ability to manage clients & business partners.
  • Good communication ability (oral & written).
  • Knowledge of the Ibadan target market environment.
  • Must be able to implement cost effective marketing strategies and tactics to ensure targets are met and surpassed.
  • Must be ready to go for field marketing and must be efficient in the sale of services.
  • Grows sales with existing clients and generates additional sales through the identification and conversion of new clients.
  • Preferably residing in Ibadan as job is based in Ibadan.
  • Time management to meet deadlines.
  • Able to write excellent marketing proposals and other materials.
  • Accountability and multi-tasking.
  • Strong Customer/ client facing and excellent persuasive skills.
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
