Pamo University of Medical Sciences(PUMS), Rivers State, 2017/2018 Admission Form on Sale

PAMO University of Medical Sciences is a Private University recently licensed by the Federal Government of Nigeria. The University is committed to quality and excellence in medical education, research and health services.
 
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into undergraduate degree programmes for the 2017/2018 academic session.

Application and Screening:
a. Candidates who meet the general entry requirements (3) should procees to the University website (http://pums.edu.ng/application). for application fee payment details.
 
b. Upon payment of the application fee, candidates are requested to atten the compulsory screening/clearance exercise as indicated below: 
 
Time: 10.00 am daily (Monday to Friday)
 
Venue: University Auditorium, No. 1, Tap Road, Elelenwo, Off Aba Expressway, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State
 
General Entry Requirements:
a. Candidates are required to have sat for the 2017/2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME/JAMB).
b. For admission into 100 Level (via UTME), applicants must obtain five (5) credit passes at SSCE (or equivalent) in relevant subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Language and Mathematics), at not more than 2 sittings and, must have scored 200 and above in the 2017/2018 UTME in relevant subjects.
c. For admission into direct entry (200 Level), applicants in addition to having five (5) credit passes at SSCE, should possess at least three (3) A'level passes in relevant subjects (Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany) ot possess ND with credit passes or a first degree (not below a second class lower) in related science disciplines.
 
Requiewments for Screening:
Candidates are to come along with the following documents for screening:
a. Ecidence of change of Institution
B. Ecidence of payment of application fee 
c. Original and photocopy of JAMB result
d. Original and photocopy of O'level result
e. Original and photocopy of birth certificate/affidavit of age
f.  Evidence of change of name, where applicable
g. Two passport photograhs
