Medical Laboratory Technician Vacancy at Afrilab Medical Diagnostics

Afrilab Medical Diagnostics is a high-tech performance driven laboratory providing detailed, timely and accurate medical diagnosis for both private individuals and health facilities. We are spreading across various states in Nigeria where we have distinguished our self and set a new standard in healthcare and diagnostic services in Ibadan and environs. Our facilities are fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 1476371) and state Ministry of Health where our facilities are located. Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Description
  • We are looking for an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician to join our company. You’ll be responsible for performing routine medical laboratory tests for diagnosis. Responsible for operations of the laboratory.
Responsibilities
  • Perform technical laboratory functions including chemistry, haematology, microbiology and urinalysis.
  • Reports test results following clinical protocols.
  • Ensure quality control in collecting specimens, ensure appropriate sampling and maintain accurate record keeping
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies. Set up, maintain, clean and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment
  • Comply with laboratory policies and regulations relating to safety, cleanliness and infection control.
Requirements
  • A valid practice licence is required
  • At least one (1) experience.
  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology is preferred.
  • MUST be computer literate
  • Preferably MALE.
