that seeks to provide world class medical services is currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Health Administrator
Location: Lagos
Reporting to: Country Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a 1 year contract Health Administrators whose job description will include among others understand healthcare regulations and be able to handle medical information discretely.

Job Responsibilities
Personal-Team-Organization:
Monitor budgets and prepare reports
Maintain medical and staff records
Track medical and office supplies stock
Update patient health records
Create work schedules for staff members
Keep records of expenses and suggest ways to minimize costs
Answer queries from doctors, nurses and patients
Liaise with medical staff to identify inefficiencies in the facility’s operations
Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations
Oversee business development and promote organization growth.

Minimum Requirements
Graduates with 2 years and above experience with background in healthcare administration, medicine, nursing, or banking
Age Requirement: Applicants should be between the age bracket of 25-35 years

Competencies
Specificity:
Proven work experience as a Healthcare Administrator, Medical Office Manager or relevant role
Knowledge of healthcare regulations
Understanding of medical terminology
Experience with administrative procedures
Great command of written English
IT savvy
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
