Job Descriptions

Treating minor illnesses

Provide basic health services, such as first aid.

Providing health care referrals

Promotion of sanitation and hygiene

Screening for communicable diseases

Qualifications

At least a Diploma or post-secondary education in Health Education or Health Promotion.

Required to undergo post-hire training classes, continuing education, and mentoring.

Skills:

Instructional and analytical skills

Good communication (oral and written) skills

Problem-solving skills

Good Interpersonal skills
