Sports Medicine and Orthopedic  Clinic within Kasi Healthcare s currently looking for a full time physiotherapist to join ourSport Medicine Team. Sport Medicine Clinics operate two full service facilities in Lagos, offering: a Multi-Disciplinary approach of Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery
Physiotherapy And Athletic Therapy. We emphasize treatment through a team approach, with an energetic group of practitioners who are passionate, motivated and enjoy working with other health care professionals.
Our Physiotherapists provide comprehensive orthopaedic rehabilitation and treatment to address the needs of injured clients and athletes. Knowledge and experience in sports therapy would be a definite asset. The Sport Medicine Clinic provides services to a highly motivated and athletic clientele.

Major/Specific Responsibilities
  • Assess injured patients and diagnosing of current health status and level of injury.
  • Establish treatment plan and carry out treatment and rehabilitation using manual therapy techniques and active rehabilitation programs.
  • Working closely with the different departments within the club to build referral relationships to assist with member injuries
  • Involvement in patient education and follow up communication with patients either by phone, email or in person
  • Provide a patient experience that is unlike any other clinic experience for our patients.
  • Become actively involved in the various Sports activities and participate in the many events scheduled throughout the year.
Working Relationships/Contacts 
  • The physiotherapist will have many working relationships, which are imperative for the functioning of the overall Clinic.
  • These include building relationships with patients, fellow therapists working for the clinic and throughout the sport medicine community, the reception team, the management team across the club and club wide, vendors and the members.
  • The Clinic Director will help build referral relationships from external sources including medical doctors, surgeons, professional and amateur sports team therapists and doctors and HR managers from corporate relationships.
Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licensed
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to organize and implement strategic repeatable marketing and networking systems to help grow and enhance their practice on an annual basis
  • Accurate charting and record keeping for all patients
  • Experience in Pully Therapy will be an advatage
  • Master  and/or Experience with in Orthopedic and Sports Medicine rehabilitation coverage will be an advantage
Skills/Knowledge/Attribute
  • Ability to work in a team environment is a required skill
  • Excellence in customer service is an essential component of our approach
  • Must enjoy working as a part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Exceptional work performance and attendance required
