Nursing And Midwifery Council Of Nigeria Releases May 2018 Result For General And Post Basic Nurses

This is to inform you that results of the Professional Examinations for General/Post Basic Nurses held in May. 2018 have been approved on Tuesday 26.1une. 201R by the Board of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria at its 45th General Meeting
 
Summary of the results indicates: 
 
a) General Nursing Programmes: 
i. Basic Nursing Programme: Total of One thousand, four hundred and seventy nine (1479) candidates were successful in the examination representing 68% pass.
 
ii. Refresher Programme: Total of four haundred and fourteen (414), candidates were successful in the examination representing 81% pass.
 
iii. Foreign Trained Nurses: Total of fourty five (45) candidates were successful in the examination representing 92%, pass.
 
b) Post Basic Nursing Programmes: 
Total of Ninety three (93) candidates were successful in the examination representing 97% pass 
 
Heads of the training institutions are hereby, directed to check for the results of their institutions on line from Wednesday 27th June 2018
 
Successful Candidates are hereby directed to visit the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Roma (portal.nmcn.gov.ng) to apply on line for Registration and Licencing with effect from Monday 2nd July 2018
 
Please note that online registration formalities including payments are be completed within ninety (90) days from the date of release of result. Also note that late registration attracts a penalty of Thirteen thousand Naira (N13,000) only per applicant after Friday 28th September, 2018.
